1. Servos do not move / fail to connect after power‑on?

  • Check that the power supply meets Servo voltage/current requirements.
  • Check wiring between RUC‑01 and the bus‑servo chain is secure.
  • If using the PC Configuration Software or Web editor, ensure the correct Serial Port/USB device is selected.

2. Wrong motion direction / wrong zero position?

  • Enter release/damping mode and manually confirm joint directions.
  • Calibrate one by one per the “reset pose / zero parameters” in the product docs.

3. Vibration or overheating during operation?

  • Reduce motion speed/acceleration; avoid rapid, large transitions.
  • Check for mechanical binding; ensure screws are not overtightened.
  • Check load does not exceed Servo ratings.
