1. Servos do not move / fail to connect after power‑on?
- Check that the power supply meets Servo voltage/current requirements.
- Check wiring between RUC‑01 and the bus‑servo chain is secure.
- If using the PC Configuration Software or Web editor, ensure the correct Serial Port/USB device is selected.
2. Wrong motion direction / wrong zero position?
- Enter release/damping mode and manually confirm joint directions.
- Calibrate one by one per the “reset pose / zero parameters” in the product docs.
3. Vibration or overheating during operation?
- Reduce motion speed/acceleration; avoid rapid, large transitions.
- Check for mechanical binding; ensure screws are not overtightened.
- Check load does not exceed Servo ratings.
